Satisfaction Guaranteed
Satisfying your expectations is my primary goal. If you have a question or concern, every effort will be made to best accommodate your needs.

New items will be posted on a regular basis, so check back regularly! An item marked "BACK ORDER" is in a status of being filled as fast as possible. An item marked "SOLD OUT" is in a status which can be duplicated using similars stones. Please use the CONTACT US link above to inquire about these items.

Custom Design & Special Order Policy
If you can't find what you're looking for, Karel will be glad to discuss your ideas with you. Please describe what you are looking for in an email to karel@ekarel.com. Please provide a phone number where you can be reached. 50% down is required on all custom orders. No returns/refunds or store exchanges on custom/special orders.

Privacy Policy
Simply stated, I fully respect your privacy. Any personal information I collect from you is strictly for the purpose of processing your order and will not be sold, swapped, or otherwise given out under any circumstances.

Payment Policy
Karel accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express & money-orders. If ordering through Karel’s secure 128-bit website, you will be notified the same day if your transaction was approved. Orders ship prepaid only.

Shipping Policy
Karel ships via United States Postal Service (USPS), either First Class, Insured with Delivery Confirmation or Priority, Insured with Delivery Confirmation. If you would prefer shipping through another carrier please email karel@ekarel.com with your request at the time of purchase.

If a shipment is lost, Karel files a claim and will refund you when the carrier pays Karel for the claim. USPS will not accept a claim for 30 days from the mailing date. Reimbursement for lost shipments is up to the Post Office. Exact fees charged by the Post Office or UPS will be added to your bill. There are no other shipping or handling charges.

International orders are sent USPS Global Express Mail at a flat rate of $25.00 USD.

Return Policy
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason, simply Return the item(s) within ten (10) business days from date shipped (or from the date purchased at a Show) for a prompt and courteous Refund. Items must be in emaculate condition and not worn. After thirty (30) days from the date an item is shipped or from the date purchased at a Show, No Refunds or Exchanges are accepted. Shipping charges on returned/exchanged merchandise are non-refundable. You must contact Karel via email at returns@ekarel.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number. After a Return Authorization Number is received, the merchandise returned must be in perfect condition in order to exchange. No exchange or refund will be given without a Return Authorization Number.

For your protection, please send all returns via UPS or insured Unites States Postal Service (USPS). Returns should be shipped in a box or heavily padded mailer. Goods will not be accepted damaged during return shipping. Returning items in a regular mailing envelope almost guarantees that they will be damaged by postal machinery, whether marked "hand cancel" or not!

Repair Policy
I stand behind the quality and handmade craftsmanship of all Karel jewelry. If your Jewelry is in need of repair within SIX (6) MONTHS based on normal usage, simply contact Karel via email at repairs@ekarel.com to obtain a Repair Authorization Number. No repair will be implemented or assessed until a Repair Authorization Number is obtained by you. Once you have obtained this authorization, you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. Charges may apply. For return procedures, see Return Policy.
